About the role

Our Branding & Marketing team is growing! This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to plan the work and then do it.

Wigram Health runs two brands. WeCare Health is a growing primary care provider with clinics across Christchurch and Selwyn, in Wigram, Ilam, Faringdon and Lincoln. Quindlee is our new company. It lets patients start a consult whenever it suits them, without waiting for an appointment. A clinician reviews it, and the patient picks up the response in their own time. It's built to work around the patient, not around us, and we're getting ready to take it national.

You will be working across both Wigram Health Ltd Brands, but most of your focus will be on Quindlee: building a brand people recognise, creating a steady stream of content to grow its audience, and delivering its national go-to-market. You'll also create content and campaigns that grow WeCare's enrolments and service uptake.

You'll report directly to our Managing Director and work closely with our Executive Director Strategy & Business Development, who leads brand strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Building Quindlee's & WeCare's brand presence and creating high-volume content, including photo and video, to grow its audience
• Bringing the WeCare Health and Quindlee brands to life consistently across every channel
• Growth marketing, including enrolments, service uptake and Quindlee's national launch
• Our digital channels: websites, SEO, paid search and social, email and CRM
• Planning campaigns and running them yourself, including shooting and editing photo and video content
• Managing the marketing budget, measuring results and reporting monthly

About you

• 5+ years' marketing experience, with a strong digital and performance background
• You've built or grown a brand's presence and content, ideally for a new brand or launch
• You know your way around Google Ads, Meta, GA4, SEO and email/CRM, and you use data to make decisions
• Sound brand judgement and strong writing skills
• You've grown something measurable, such as customers, leads or sign-ups
• You're comfortable behind the camera, shooting and editing photo and video content for social and web
• You've managed a budget and briefed agencies
• You're practical, organised and happy to roll up your sleeves
• Healthcare or national launch experience is a bonus, but not essential
