We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to drive market development, product adoption and sustainable business growth across an assigned agricultural segment and region.

This is a broad commercial role combining market development, customer engagement, technical expertise and sales enablement. You will work closely with growers, distributors and internal teams to identify opportunities, strengthen product positioning and turn market insight into commercial results.

What You Will Do

• Develop and implement regional commercial plans to grow product adoption, market share and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, customer feedback and gap analysis.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, distributors and key customers.
• Work closely with sales teams to improve commercial execution, product positioning and customer engagement.
• Provide technical and agronomic support to customers and internal teams, helping demonstrate the value of our products.
• Lead customer visits, field demonstrations, trials, training sessions and field days.
• Monitor market and product performance and translate insights into actions that deliver growth.
• Support the successful positioning and development of strategic products within the regional portfolio.
• Investigate and resolve customer and technical issues, ensuring a high level of service.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Technical and other functions to deliver regional business objectives.

What You Will Bring

• A relevant Master’s degree, ideally in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences or a related discipline.
• Proven relevant commercial experience within agriculture, crop protection, agronomy, product management, sales or marketing.
• Proven experience in either Sales Management OR Marketing Management, ideally within the crop protection environment.
• Strong understanding of agricultural markets, customers and commercial drivers.
• Demonstrated success in product adoption, customer development and regional market growth.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
