ROLE SUMMARY: The Marketing Manager, e-Invoicing is responsible for making Huiospay's e-invoicing solution known and understood by the businesses that must comply with the NRS mandate, building the lead generation engine, and ensuring that every public claim stays within approved guardrails.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Own the e-invoicing messaging, including NRS approval in both roles, issuing and receiving invoices on one platform, and service levels in writing.

2. Produce content for finance, tax, and IT audiences, including mandate explainers, how-to guides, FAQs, a monthly newsletter, and customer case studies once customers are live.

3. Keep the e-invoicing pages on huiospay.com and the developer-documentation landing page current, and own lead-capture forms and their routing into the CRM.

4. Plan and run NRS-mandate education campaigns for each phase of the rollout: large taxpayers, medium taxpayers, and small businesses.

5. Run the LinkedIn programme, including the company page and executive posts, and monthly webinars, tracking performance from registration to attendance to booked meeting.

6. Build and maintain relationships with ICAN, CITN, MAN, LCCI, and their state chapters for speaking slots, workshops, and co-hosted sessions.

7. Run partner co-marketing with accounting firms, ERP resellers, and software vendors, including joint webinars, co-branded one-pagers, and referral campaigns.

8. Pass every external artefact through the claims checklist before release, and maintain a claims register recording the source and date of every rollout date and penalty figure.

9. Work closely with the Head of e-Invoicing Sales to turn customer objections and sales feedback into new content and campaigns.

10. Publish a monthly marketing dashboard covering leads by source, cost per lead, webinar funnel, website conversion, and the share of pipeline sourced by marketing.

11. Manage the marketing budget, agencies, and freelancers, choosing channels on measured results and stopping activities that do not perform.

12. Develop and deliver the public-launch plan for e-invoicing, with a clear budget, calendar, and targets.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B marketing for software, fintech, or professional services in Nigeria.

3. A portfolio of content written for finance, tax, or compliance audiences, in precise English.

4. Experience running webinars and events end to end, including with professional bodies.

5. Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, a website CMS, email tools, web analytics, and a CRM.

6. The discipline to source every claim and to say less rather than overstate.

7. An accounting or tax background or affiliation with ICAN, CITN, or ACCA, experience marketing a regulated product where compliance review of copy is routine, partner co-marketing experience, agency management, and basic design and video skills will be an added advantage.
