We're looking for a performance-driven Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and creative strategy across platforms, turning media spend into efficient, high-quality student growth.
What You'll Work On
- Driving quality, cost-efficient student acquisition that feeds a robust, scalable onboarding flow.
- Building campaigns and creative that reinforce the habit-forming, gamified learning experience across the student lifecycle.
- AI-led thinking bringing an AI-first mindset to media buying, creative generation, and audience targeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google (Search/YouTube/PMax), DV360, and other programmatic/DMP platforms to drive quality student acquisition.
- Own end-to-end campaign strategy — audience targeting, bidding strategy, budget allocation, and channel mix — to maximize ROAS and minimize blended CAC.
- Define and evolve creative strategy — the hook, the story, and the CTA — partnering with creative/content teams to build ads that drive strong ad recall and stopping power.
- Diagnose creative and campaign performance using a structured testing approach (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, VTR, ad recall lift) and iterate quickly.
- Partner with Product to align campaign messaging and targeting with the onboarding journey and habit-forming features (streaks, rewards) to improve post-acquisition activation and retention.
- Leverage AI-first marketing tools for creative generation, audience/lookalike modeling, and automated bid optimization.
- Run and interpret multiple concurrent experiments (creative, channel, audience, bidding) and build frameworks to confidently identify what's actually driving performance.
- Report campaign performance and unit economics to Business and Leadership; work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Sales to align spend with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in performance/growth marketing at a consumer-tech company, with hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, and other DSP/DMP platforms.
- Strong grasp of creative strategy — able to define the hook, the story, and the CTA, and to diagnose why a creative is or isn't working using recall, CTR, and engagement data.
- Deep fluency in marketing and business metrics: ROAS, CAC, CTRs, & LTV:CAC
- Experience managing sizeable media budgets and agency/vendor relationships.
- Working knowledge of attribution, incrementality testing, or marketing mix modeling (MMM) is a plus.
- Graduate/postgraduate from a Tier-1 institute (IIT, IIM, or equivalent).
- Significant experience solving hard, scaled problems at consumer-tech companies.
- A consumer-first, user-first advocacy mindset — you default to the student's point of view in every decision.
- Ability to run multiple experiments in parallel and still build confident, repeatable frameworks to conclude results.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholdership — proven ability to work closely with Business, Tech, and Sales/Marketing teams.
