Marketing Manager (pre-opening project)

Responsibilities: 

• Formulating Marketing Strategies: Develop, organize, implement and evaluate marketing strategies and communication programs for the commercial project with the goal of maximizing brand awareness and achieving optimal results.
• Maintaining Media Relations: Engage in regular media events and interviews to cultivate positive exposure of the projects and maintain strong relationships with the media.
• Oversee and Optimize Digital Marketing: Coordinate social media and influencers collaborations, etc.
• Monitoring Marketing Trends: Stay abreast of the marketing trends to generate insights to support marketing and forward-thinking decisions for the projects.
• **Liaising with Strategic Partners:**Collaborate with different strategic partners including but not limited to tenants, local community, third party event organizers and stakeholders to coordinate events and activities.
• Supervising and Motivating Teams: Oversee and inspire subordinates to enhance their performance and ensure that marketing objectives are met effectively.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Communication or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years’ solid experiences in marketing, event management and communications field, working experiences in property or hotel industry with pre-opening experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, proactive, self-motivating, creative-minded and a good team player
• Strong in project and time management skills
• Proficiency in PC skills (MS. Word / MS. Excel / Power Point)
• Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
