Job Summary

Ecopmin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with direct experience in the SMT / Electronics Manufacturing industry.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in marketing campaigns, branding, B2B marketing and basic digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SMT industry marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage branding and brand-building activities.
• Generate B2B leads from the SMT and Electronics Manufacturing industry.
• Promote SMT-related products, machines, services and solutions.
• Manage LinkedIn and social media marketing.
• Handle basic digital marketing, SEO, email marketing and online lead generation.
• Prepare company profiles, brochures, presentations and marketing content.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical teams for lead generation and business development.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Plan and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and industry events.
• Track marketing leads, campaigns and conversions.
• Prepare marketing reports and present performance to management.

Mandatory Requirements

• 7–15 years of Marketing / B2B Marketing experience.
• Direct SMT / Electronics Manufacturing industry experience – MANDATORY.
• Hands-on campaign planning and execution – MANDATORY.
• Branding / brand-building experience – MANDATORY.
• Basic digital marketing knowledge – MANDATORY.
• Strong B2B lead-generation experience.
• Good communication, presentation and coordination skills.
