MARKETING MANAGER/ASSISTANT MANAGER

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is excited by the challenge of building a brand presence from the ground up. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy, executing local campaigns, and driving both brand awareness and retail performance across multiple touchpoints. You will work closely with regional teams but will also need to make independent, on-the-ground decisions to move quickly and effectively in the Thai market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and localize integrated marketing strategies in alignment with group branding and commercial objectives

Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns across retail, digital, social media, events, and partnerships to drive customer engagement and conversion

Act as the brand custodian in Thailand, ensuring consistent messaging while adapting creatively to local culture and consumer behaviour

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, merchandising, e-commerce, operations, and regional marketing to drive store traffic and performance

Manage and optimize the marketing budget; track and report campaign KPIs and ROI

Build and manage local vendor and agency relationships (media, production, influencers, etc.)

Oversee in-store visuals and retail-level marketing activations

Create or adapt content, promotional materials, and storytelling assets for the Thai market

Identify local brand ambassadors or partners to strengthen market relevance

Provide regular updates and insights on local trends, competitors, and opportunities to the regional team
