Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns for SMT and electronics manufacturing solutions.
• Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns to generate leads and improve brand visibility.
• Have good knowledge of the SMT industry, PCB/PCBA, EMS, electronics manufacturing, and SMT machines/processes.
• Understand and promote SMT-related products, machines, services, consumables, and solutions.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, Projects, and Technical teams to support business development.
• Generate and nurture leads through various marketing channels.
• Manage digital marketing activities including:
• Social media marketing
• LinkedIn marketing
• Google/search campaigns basic understanding
• Website/content promotion
• Email marketing
• Lead-generation campaigns
• Plan and execute product/service promotional campaigns.
• Prepare marketing content, brochures, presentations, company profiles, product promotions, and campaign materials.
• Coordinate with internal teams/agencies for creative designs, videos, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and marketing ROI.
• Conduct competitor and market research within the SMT/electronics manufacturing industry.
• Support participation in industrial exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, technical events, and customer meets.
• Coordinate pre-event and post-event marketing activities.
• Maintain marketing databases, lead trackers, campaign reports, and customer information.
• Identify new marketing opportunities, customer segments, and potential business areas.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide insights to management.
• Support the Sales team with marketing-qualified leads and promotional activities.
• Build and maintain the company's brand presence across relevant industrial and digital platforms.

Required Skills

SMT / Technical Knowledge

• Good understanding of the SMT industry and electronics manufacturing ecosystem.
• Knowledge of SMT machines/processes such as Solder Paste Printer, SPI, Pick & Place, Reflow, AOI, etc.
• Awareness of PCB, PCBA, EMS, electronics manufacturing, and industrial automation.
• Ability to understand technical products and convert technical information into effective marketing communication.

Marketing Skills

• Campaign planning and execution.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Engineering / Electronics / Electrical / related field.
