Job Descriptions:

• Work closely with partners to devise and execute marketing programs for law firm
• Support the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, including overseas conferences, client events, receptions, internal training programs, and webinars.
• Maintain the firm’s social media platforms and support digital marketing campaigns (basic knowledge of website CMS is a plus).
• Responsible for client database management / Manage CRM system to support targeted marketing and business development initiatives
• Maintain and optimize the CRM database to support targeted client outreach and business development activities.
• Support the development and publication of marketing materials and award submissions
• Assist in ad hoc assignments assigned by supervisor / relevant users

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, administrative, or event coordination roles.
• Experience in event organization, social media management, or digital marketing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a must
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Adobe, Canva) is a plus.
• Familiar with online meeting software operations (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
