Marketing Officer

Responsibilities

To assist project manager in:

• Prepare technical and commercial document proposals and ensure that the work was carried out in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage Marketing materials, brochures, digital contents, client meetings, site visits, and project presentation.
• Support the preparation of bidding documents and requirements for compliances.
• Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Liaising with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Evaluating campaign effectiveness using various metrics and reporting findings.
• Execute other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• Proven experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Brand Management.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent in written, verbal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Social Media Platforms and Digital Marketing Tools.
• Has the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Has keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Required language(s): English
• Your work location will be mainly based anywhere in the Philippines and may transfer to other location depending on projects, you are required to travel when necessary.
