Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or event management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in event management and marketing operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work beyond regular hours during major events, campaigns, and activations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide day to day support to the Marketing Head.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and brand activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, ambassadors, and business partners.
• Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and marketing documentation.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Assist in organizing trade shows, events, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments regarding marketing requirements.
• Maintain marketing files, budgets, and project trackers.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Head.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
