Nio Robotics is hiring a Junior Marketing & Communications Officer.

Nio Robotics

We build Aru, an autonomous skilled robot operator that deploys in constrained, tight or messy spaces: decoating, welding and more. Designed and built in Toulouse.

Profile

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with 0 to 2 years of experience. Internships and work-study count.
• Strong writing skills in English. French is a plus.
• Fluent with modern AI tools and already using them to ship real work: video generation (Seedance, Veo, Kling, Runway...), LLMs for copywriting and for building web pages (Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable, Framer...), image generation and editing.
• Comfortable with Figma, Canva or Adobe Suite, and with LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Instagram.
• No robotics background needed. You should be able to turn a whiteboard explanation into a story people want to follow.

• You don't wait for a brief. You look at what Nio needs to be seen, heard and understood, pick the most valuable thing to do next, and get it done.
• Your week is yours to fill, and we expect you to fill it: when a task is finished, you already know what comes next.
• You bring value through your skills and your energy, and you take ownership of the results, not just the tasks.

What you will own

• Content for our website, LinkedIn, and newsletter
• Visual assets: videos of Aru in action (filmed and AI-generated), photos, one-pagers, pitch materials
• Our website: updating pages and building new ones with AI-assisted tools
• Communication and logistics for trade shows, demos and partner visits
• The voice of the brand as we move from prototype to industrialization
• You work directly with the founders and the engineering team.

Central offices in Toulouse, 1 to 2 days of home office per week.
