Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns for Langham Place Office Tower (a premier wellness hub) and Three Garden Road (a premier wealth management hub) under Champion REIT.
• Contribute creative ideas and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to foster a vibrant tenant community and drive tenant engagement through events and promotional programme.
• Identify and implement new opportunities in partnership and joint promotions for business growth.
• Support end-to-end project management of marketing activities, from coordination to execution, and assist in preparing communications collaterals.
• Handle ad hoc projects and new initiatives, with opportunities to develop skills in partnership building, strategic planning and brand promotion.
• More experience candidate will consider as Senior Marketing Officer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or other business-related disciplines
• 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiar with AI tools and software applications
• Knowledge of social media marketing and promotion is an advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua preferred
• Creative, self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded
• A team player and fast learner
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
