Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Officer role based at PT. Victory International Futures, Branch Satrio Tower in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Marketing Officer will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s trading services and educational programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, managing social media and digital marketing activities, and coordinating promotional events. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to support client acquisition, preparing marketing materials, and maintaining consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications

• Preferable based in JABODETABEK only
• Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Marketing skills to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to present ideas clearly and collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage and grow the company’s online presence.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to support client acquisition and conversion efforts.
• Relevant experience in financial services, brokerage, or investment industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken, is beneficial.
