Marketing Officer (CRM)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of CRM strategies through channel marketing campaigns.
• Assist with day-to-day CRM campaign operations, including front-end and back-end in-app content management and promotion setting.
• Support CRM interface maintenance, including troubleshooting, UAT testing and deployment.
• Help improve CRM marketing performance through UI/UX enhancements, paid, owned and earned social media campaigns.
• Assist in the daily operations of the gift certificate business, including customer support, administrative coordination, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive effective execution.
• Assist with other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing or a related discipline.
• A good team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
• Detail-oriented, well organized and able to work independently.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
