Marketing Officer / Executive

We are APRT [Hong Kong] Ltd., the local operator of Ruby Tuesday, a leading International Dining Concept.

Ruby Tuesday is actively looking for an energetic and focused professional to support our growth and development in the role of:

MARKETING OFFICER / EXECUTIVE

We're looking for a digital-first marketer who speaks AI like a second language. You generate artwork, cut video, crunch data, and craft campaigns, all before lunch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with designers; produce copy and collateral: posters, e-newsletters, menus, PR, signage - keeping it on-brand and on time.
• Manage POS keys - set up menu codes, pricing, and promo mechanics across all outlets.
• Help plan + execute integrated campaigns - promos, menu drops, brand moments.
• Assist in running events, in-store activations, influencer + delivery partner collabs.
• Own Instagram + Facebook - content, community, reviews.
• Manage Meta + Google Ads; optimize for reservations.
• Track performance - GA, social insights, sales data.
• Research competitors + spot trends before they hit.

REQUIREMENTS

• Team player. Self-starter. Obsessed with details.
• Degree in Marketing, Comms, Business, or related subject.
• Fluent in Cantonese + a good command of English (written & spoken).
• ~1 year F&B/retail marketing? Nice. Not essential. Fresh graduates welcome.
• MS Office + Chinese Word Processing and Photoshop/Illustrator skills a bonus.
• Experience in prompting Midjourney, Runway, or DALL-E? Now we're talking.
