Marketing Officer - Temporary

Your new company

As Marketing Officer, you will join a national theatre that strives to enhance the cultural lives of their customers. Your new office is accessible via public transport and is located centrally in Dublin City Centre. Your new company requires you to join their team on a temporary basis for 4 weeks.

Your new role

As Marketing Officer, your duties will include; developing and coordinating marketing campaigns across print, digital and broadcast channels; working with creative teams, actors and artists to produce engaging promotional campaigns; writing marketing copy for advertising, websites, audience communications and brochures; coordinating the production of theatre programmes, including photography, biographies, design, printing and delivery; managing website content and advertising activity; tracking, analysing and reporting on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tessitura and other reporting tools; managing campaign budgets, invoices and associated financial administration; coordinating rehearsal and production photography; liaising with design, media and other external agencies and suppliers and all other ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Marketing Officer, you will have recent relevant experience in a busy marketing role. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential. Strong IT skills, including MS Suite and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Tessitura are necessary. A keen eye for detail and multitasking is essential to meet tight deadlines. A relevant qualification is desirable.
