Marketing Officer URGENT

DESCRIPTION: The Marketing Officer/Supervisor oversees and handles the company’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the organizations marketing message. Creates wider exposure and brand awareness thru valuable digital marketing platforms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs experience of related employment specialization in Digital Marketing or equivalent,
• Willing to work office-based
• Eager to learn and work together with other departments in the company;
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, accurate, and can work with minimum supervision, can follow standard procedure and decision making;
• Excellent verbal, copywriting and business-writing communication skills;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Digital Marketing & Artwork/Graphic Software (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Canva), Social Media Applications (i.e Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok), Photography or tech savvy.
• Knowledge in digital and social media marketing and e-commerce management.
• Ability to multitask and sound comprehension with obedience in instructions.
• Positive working attitude and observing professionalism at all times that can embody the company’s vision and mission.
• Cope well under pressure and time management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fulfills tasks set out by the Management.
• Follows the company rules, regulations and guidelines.
• Functions as support of the marketing and public relations initiatives of the following entity of the company;
• AMIC Sales- excluding the sales territorial product presentations/virtual/other preparations and only concerning to Corporate Office Initiated Marketing Events and Forums.
• TCM Wellness Center Corp.
• Philippine TCM Center Inc.
• Handles and manage all social media accounts and main company lines in terms of inquiry handling and endorsement to concerning department.
• Responsible to maintain and expand the company branding and its brand values of the company, as well as the public awareness.
• Proposes, prepares, plans, and manages the publication of all marketing promotional materials.
• Creating marketing campaigns and working with the company’s external PR agency to see them executed.
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company’s message to the existing customers.
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan, specifically Social Media Calendar and Digital Marketing plan for CEO/ Chairman approval.
• Ensures all company collaterals (i.e brochure, PR kits, flyers, e-signage, AVP, calling card, ID’s, etc) are matched and in quality according to the company branding, mission and visions and goals.
• Develops and implements an internal and external marketing projects and evaluates its success.
• Plans, develops and delivers campaigns as agreed within timeline.
• Maintains proper documentation, record keeping and full database of the company, especially on marketing initiatives of the company.
• Handles all Major Company related events, launching, activities and public relations projects.
• Performs related accountabilities/responsibilities as required or directed under the Corporate Office.
