MARKETING OFICER

About the role

Polystar Manpower Services is seeking a Marketing Officer to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a Marketing Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to our company's strategic marketing objectives whilst working with a collaborative and innovative team.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels to promote Polystar Manpower Services' offerings
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
• Creating engaging marketing content including copy, graphics and multimedia materials for digital and print media
• Managing social media accounts and digital marketing platforms to increase online presence and engagement
• Coordinating with external vendors, agencies and internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution
• Tracking, measuring and reporting on marketing campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Supporting the organisation of marketing events, promotional activities and trade shows
• Maintaining and updating marketing databases, CRM systems and marketing collateral
• Collaborating with sales and management teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
• Identifying and evaluating new marketing channels and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4 years of professional experience in marketing, marketing communications or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing and content management systems
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, consumer behaviour and market trends within the recruitment or manpower services industry
• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with design tools or software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Preferred: Experience in the recruitment, manpower services or human resources industry
• Preferred: Knowledge of SEO, SEM and digital advertising platforms
