Role Overview

Own the operational systems and infrastructure that convert marketing campaigns into qualified sales pipeline.

This full-time position is responsible for managing and optimizing marketing operations to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive business growth. The role involves overseeing lead management processes, marketing technology integration, and performance analytics to support the marketing team’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lead capture flows, CRM workflows, and automated lead distribution.
• Create and manage conversion reporting and analytics dashboards.
• Manage digital marketing operations across SEM, SEO, paid social, and Google Ads.
• Integrate and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Zoho CRM, email platforms, analytics, and ad networks.
• Report directly to the Head of Marketing.
