Job Description for Analyst-

Support end-to-end marketing operations, creative production, campaign execution, content management, CRM activities, and performance reporting while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, quality standards, and campaign timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and adapt marketing content across email, web, social, mobile, in-store, and digital channels.
• Support campaign execution through CRM, email, SMS, loyalty, direct mail, affiliate, influencer, and paid media channels.
• Maintain marketing workflows, project trackers, approvals, and campaign calendars.
• Manage content publishing, CMS updates, asset libraries, version control, and creative production activities.
• Coordinate localization, translation, and asset adaptation requests.
• Execute audience selection, campaign setup, testing, QA, and launch readiness activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing KPIs.
• Support SEO, GEO, AEO, Ratings & Reviews, and social media operations.
• Maintain marketing documentation, SOPs, process guides, and knowledge repositories.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Own end-to-end delivery for Marketing Operations, Creative Services, Content Production, CRM Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Customer Engagement, Media Operations, Analytics, and Marketing Transformation initiatives. Drive operational excellence, innovation, and business value realization.

• Lead end-to-end service delivery across Marketing Operations, Content Services, Creative Production, CRM Marketing, Media Activation, SEO, Social Media, and Customer Engagement functions.
• Define service delivery strategy, governance models, and performance frameworks.
• Own executive stakeholder relationships and client governance forums.
• Drive marketing transformation initiatives including automation, AI-enabled marketing operations, personalization, and analytics modernization.
• Govern campaign delivery, creative services, content quality, customer engagement, and marketing effectiveness.
• Establish KPI frameworks covering:
• Campaign Performance
• Customer Engagement
• Creative Turnaround Time
• Content Quality
• SEO Visibility
• Media ROI
• Budget Performance
• Lead financial management, workforce planning, resource optimization, and operational governance.
• Drive innovation in CRM, Loyalty, Personalization, AI-assisted content creation, SEO/GEO, and marketing analytics.
• Sponsor continuous improvement programs and capability-building initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, data privacy requirements, and governance processes.
