📢 We’re Hiring: Marketing Operations Executive

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Marketing Operations Executive to support the Marketing Team in managing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth coordination across internal departments, vendors and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Marketing Team with daily operational coordination and follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of marketing requirements

• Manage communication and coordination with vendors, agencies, suppliers and production partners

• Track marketing tasks, timelines, approvals and deliverables

• Support quotations, purchase requests, invoicing and related documentation

• Coordinate branding, printing, events, activations and other marketing activities

• Maintain organised records, reports and operational documentation

• Assist with presentations, meetings and general marketing coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

• 1–3 years of relevant experience

• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
