MARKETING OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

About the role

The Marketing Operations Executive is responsible for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day execution of Verity Intelligence's marketing activities. This role focuses primarily on marketing operations, coordination, campaign execution, lead management, reporting, events, marketing materials and working with external agencies. The successful candidate should be highly organised, hands-on and comfortable managing multiple marketing activities at the same time. Strategic marketing direction, positioning and specialist marketing activities will continue to be guided by Management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns, activities and deadlines are properly tracked.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns from planning to execution, including preparing materials, arranging approvals and following up on timelines.
• Liaise with external agencies, designers, vendors and internal teams to ensure marketing deliverables are completed according to the agreed schedule.
• Support social media and content execution by coordinating captions, artwork, posting schedules and required approvals.
• Assist with EDM and email marketing activities, including maintaining mailing lists, preparing campaign information and coordinating approved email sends.
• Maintain marketing databases, CRM records and lead information to ensure data is updated and organised.
• Ensure leads generated from campaigns, website enquiries, events and other marketing activities are properly recorded and handed over to the Sales team.
• Follow up with Sales on lead status and gather feedback on lead quality where required.
• Support company events, exhibitions, roadshows and partnership activities, including registration, booth requirements, marketing materials and basic event coordination.
• Maintain and update brochures, company presentations, product materials, certificates and other marketing collateral.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Around 2–4 years of working experience in marketing, marketing operations, marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Experience handling marketing campaigns, timelines, schedules or multiple marketing activities at the same time.
• Experience working with external agencies, vendors, designers or suppliers will be an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in social media, EDM, CRM, marketing databases or digital marketing.
• Experience supporting exhibitions, events, roadshows or corporate activities would be helpful.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills, with the ability to keep track of multiple deadlines.
• Good attention to detail, especially when checking marketing materials, reports and campaign information.
• Comfortable using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel or Google Sheets and Canva.
