Marketing Operations Executive

About the role

In this role, you will own the schedules, data entry, and tracking behind all our marketing campaigns, price listings, and in-store displays.

Key responsibilities

• Take full charge of data entry into the NEC POS system for brand listings, price mechanics, and promotions. Ensure 100% price accuracy before any campaign goes live.
• Maintain a perfectly organized digital filing system (Folders 01A, 01B, 01C). Ensure all current campaign artwork, templates, and visual briefs are easy to find.
• Collect, check, and compile all marketing invoices, vendor claims, and paperwork for CAG-driven events so they are error-free before manager approval.
• Manage the booking calendar and operational schedules for brand pop-up spaces across all airport outlets.
• Maintain the master marketing calendar. Track all upcoming campaign deadlines independently and flag them to management early.
• Distribute PowerPoint planograms to store managers and check the shop floor to ensure physical displays and posters match the visual briefs exactly.
• Monitor the condition of physical posters, digital screens, and shelf-talkers in-store, coordinating quick updates or replacements if they are damaged or outdated.
• Route necessary airport permit forms to the respective internal teams for completion, and coordinate with HR for final submission and settlement.
