What they need
- Continuously monitor the Thai home appliance and consumer goods landscape — deliver competitor analyses, platform trend reports, and consumer insight briefs that inform the team's marketing decisions.
- Plan online marketing campaigns around product launches, promotional events, and brand moments — define communication themes, content strategies, creator mix, media pacing, and expected outcomes.
- Write scripts and set creative direction for influencer collaboration videos, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines while resonating with Thai audiences' content consumption habits.
- Track trending topics and content formats on TikTok, Instagram, and other relevant platforms; identify creative angles that connect brand messaging to cultural moments.
- Work closely with the Influencer BD team to translate campaign strategies into actionable creator briefs, and provide creative guidance and quality control throughout the content production process.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews, document learnings and best practices, and continuously refine the marketing playbook.
