Qualification:

1. 7+ years in analytics/lending (Financial Industry); bult segment work that influenced P&L decisions.
2. Fluent in SQL and BI; designs clean T+1 dashboards and explains them without jargon.
3. Low-ego, high-ownership; evidence over opinion; collaborates, rejects toxic behavior.
4. Outcome-driven: ships analyses that change policy, pricing, or process within weeks.
5. Causal thinker: frames hypotheses, runs unbiased tests, reports lift with confidence.
