MARKETING PROFESSIONAL (SALES AGENT)

The Marketing Professional (Car Sales Agent) is a full-time, on-site role based at Toyota Bicutan Parañaque. This role involves assisting walk-in and referred customers, conducting product presentations and test drives, explaining vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and promotions, and guiding customers through the entire sales process. The Car Sales Agent is responsible for preparing quotations, processing documentation, coordinating with internal departments for unit release, and following up with customers to ensure a smooth transaction. Daily responsibilities also include prospecting new customers, maintaining a contact database, participating in showroom events or marketing activities, and supporting customer retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused mindset, with skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention.

• Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.

• Knowledge or experience in Automotive Sales, including product presentation, negotiation, and closing techniques.

• Basic understanding of marketing and sales principles, including lead generation and follow-up.

• Previous experience in automotive, retail, or customer-facing sales is an advantage.

• College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not strictly required.

• Professional appearance, integrity, and willingness to undergo Toyota training and certification programs.
