Qualification

MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Marketing subjects to MBA/PGDM students.
• Deliver lectures in Marketing Management, Consumer Behaviour, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Sales & Distribution Management, Marketing Research, Retail Marketing, and Strategic Marketing.
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, examinations, and study materials.
• Mentor students for projects, internships, and placements.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic research, seminars, workshops, and faculty development programs.
• Evaluate student performance and maintain academic records.
• Support departmental activities and accreditation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Marketing concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Student mentoring and classroom management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.
• Good research and academic writing skills will be an added advantage
