What they need
🚀 Marketing Project & Operations Manager
RatePunk is looking for a structured, hands-on person who enjoys turning marketing ideas into clear plans and making sure they actually get executed. This role is about ownership, follow-through, and keeping things moving — not just managing tasks and timelines.
You’ll work hands-on across marketing projects, campaigns, A/B tests, tracking, and technical initiatives, coordinating with marketers, designers, developers, and external partners. If you enjoy bringing structure to moving pieces, spotting what needs attention, and taking things from idea to execution, we may be looking for you.
What you'll do:
- Own marketing projects from idea to launch – Take key marketing initiatives from idea through planning, execution, and launch. Own timelines, coordinate stakeholders, follow up, and make sure projects get shipped.
- Drive A/B testing & experimentation – Manage A/B testing workflows across web and mobile, keep the testing roadmap organized, coordinate priorities, and make sure results and learnings are turned into clear next steps.
- Keep campaigns under control – Stay close to marketing activities across Meta, Google Ads, and other channels. Track performance and status, coordinate optimizations, and own follow-ups from weekly campaign reviews.
- Spot problems & get them solved – Notice when something isn’t working as expected — whether it’s analytics, tracking, campaign setup, or implementation. Investigate the issue, bring in the right people, and drive it through to resolution.
- Drive marketing tracking & performance visibility – Use GA4 and other tools to understand funnel and campaign performance, identify tracking or attribution gaps, and coordinate improvements so the team can make decisions based on reliable data.
- Bridge marketing & development – Turn marketing needs and growth ideas into clear, actionable technical tickets. Work directly with developers, follow implementation, test outcomes, and make sure requirements are delivered correctly.
- Keep priorities moving – Maintain visibility across marketing initiatives, priorities, deadlines, and blockers. Know what needs to happen next, who owns it, and where something needs an extra push.
- Improve how we execute – Look for ways to make marketing workflows clearer, faster, and more efficient. Bring structure where needed and continuously improve how projects move from idea to execution.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in digital product marketing, marketing operations, project management, or a similar hands-on role, ideally in a startup and/or agency environment.
- Experience working across web and mobile marketing environments.
- Strong project management and organizational skills — you can manage multiple initiatives, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing track of the details.
- Confidence working with GA4, tracking tools, marketing dashboards, and performance data. You don't need to be a data analyst, but you should be comfortable digging into numbers, spotting issues, and asking the right questions.
- Experience with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar.
- Ability to work independently and make things happen without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to turn sometimes messy ideas into clear plans, tasks, requirements, and next steps.
- Most importantly, an ownership mindset. When you take something on, you stay with it until it’s done.
We'd like you to have:
- Experience working directly with developers and writing technical requirements or development tickets.
- Understanding of digital marketing tracking, attribution, conversion funnels, and A/B testing.
- Experience coordinating paid marketing campaigns or working closely with performance marketing teams.
- A structured working style with strong attention to detail while still being able to see the bigger picture.
We'd like you even more if you:
- Thrive in a fast-moving startup where priorities can change quickly.
- Naturally notice what needs to be done before someone asks.
- Enjoy being close to both strategy and execution.
- Are comfortable asking questions, challenging ideas, and suggesting better ways of doing things.
- Can switch easily between campaign performance, project coordination, analytics, and conversations with developers.
- Love taking ownership and seeing projects through from idea to result.
- Are excited about travel products and the travel tech space.
Why join RatePunk:
- High-ownership, hands-on role with real impact on how marketing gets executed.
- Broad exposure across marketing projects, campaigns, experimentation, data, and product.
- Fast-growing, product-driven environment.
- Flexible hours and remote-friendly setup.
- Opportunity to grow together with the team.
Salary: €3400–4900 per month/gross
