About The Role Our client, a Big 4 Consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing Generalist (Senior Associate) to support webcasts , video shoots , and related multimedia projects . This role helps coordinate intake, timelines, schedules, stakeholder communications, production logistics, and follow-up — working closely with the Multimedia Strategy & Production team, marketers, speakers, vendors, and business stakeholders to keep projects organized, on track, and aligned to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project trackers and provide weekly status updates on priorities, risks, next steps, and decisions needed
• Prepare meeting agendas and recaps, and capture action items
• Coordinate speaker prep and shoot logistics for video and webcast production
• Manage files and version control, including proper shared-drive storage and naming conventions
• Route materials for review and manage related stakeholder communications
• Support team ways of working, including use of email for materials requiring review or future reference

Ideal Candidate

• Organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
• Experience in marketing, communications, events, webcasts, video production, or project coordination
• Comfortable owning workstreams, managing stakeholder communications, and helping escalate risks or process gaps (Manager level)
