Marketing Project Manager

We are hiring a Marketing Project Manager for one year contract. This is an on-site position in midtown Manhattan office. Top candidates will have project management and events experiences.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across public relations, media, events, and other marketing channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams, cross-functional departments, and external vendors to ensure project objectives, resources, deliverables, and expected outcomes are clearly defined, organized, and successfully executed.
• Schedule, manage, and lead meetings, maintaining regular communication with key stakeholders and project leads.
• Manage multiple marketing projects and events simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned with campaign objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, particularly events and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Writing in Traditional Chinese is required).
• Strong project management skills, with experience managing external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional project while establishing clear deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and marketing priorities.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing events, webinars, and brand marketing initiatives.
