As our marketing organization continues to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Project Manager who can help bring structure, accountability, and visibility to our marketing initiatives.
Position Overview
Western States Metal Roofing is seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to manage the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of marketing projects across the organization.
This role will be responsible for managing the marketing team’s workflow in Monday.com, keeping projects on schedule, coordinating across internal teams and external vendors, identifying bottlenecks, managing deadlines, and ensuring projects move from idea to completion efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and capable of working closely with creative, digital, content, sales, product, operations, and leadership teams.
This is a hands-on project management role. Coordinate projects across marketing functions including:
Content marketing

Lead generation campaigns
Manage campaign timelines from kickoff through launch and post-campaign review.
Lead project kickoff meetings and clearly define scope, responsibilities, milestones, and deadlines.
Run regular marketing project-status meetings.
Follow up with project owners and stakeholders to keep deliverables moving.
Identify schedule risks, scope changes, resource conflicts, and bottlenecks before they impact deadlines.
Escalate project risks and unresolved issues to the Director of Marketing as needed.
Maintain accurate project documentation, meeting notes, action items, approvals, and decisions.
Ensure creative assets, copy, approvals, tracking, landing pages, emails, forms, reporting, and sales enablement materials are completed before campaign launch.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, Product, IT, and Leadership.
Manage communication and timelines with outside agencies, freelancers, printers, developers, photographers, videographers, and other vendors.
Track vendor deliverables and ensure projects stay within agreed scope and schedule.
Support marketing budget tracking and project-level cost visibility.
Help manage marketing calendars, campaign calendars, editorial calendars, trade-show schedules, and product-launch schedules.
Monitor team capacity and help prioritize projects based on business impact.
Maintain visibility into competing priorities and help the Director of Marketing make resource-allocation decisions.
Develop repeatable processes, templates, checklists, and standard operating procedures.
Conduct post-project reviews to identify what worked, what did not, and how future projects can be improved.
Maintain centralized documentation for marketing processes, project standards, and workflows.
Ensure projects align with larger marketing and revenue objectives.
Support reporting on project completion, campaign readiness, delays, workload, and operational efficiency.
Help improve cross-functional communication between Marketing and Sales.
