Marketing Projects Assistant

As a Marketing Projects Assistant, you'll be assisting in turning great ideas into reality. You're the team’s go-to person for making sure marketing projects are executed seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

1. Catalogue development - consolidate pricing file, ensuring accuracy and proper dissemination, monitoring thereof to teams concerned. Ensure accuracy of pricing on catalogue, website and other Visual Merch for branches

2. Assist in marketing team projects primarily for PR (press kit releases) and other events.

3. Facilitate disbursement primarily of department’s operational budget, required purchases as well as its liquidation

4. Manage and follow through on category marketing’s cyclical activities from calendaring, sharing of recording/minutes, uploading and sharing of digital files

5. Develop/improve/maintain team productivity tracker and prepare monthly and quarterly reports to capture activities and metrics towards department’s goals

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any marketing course.
• 1 year experience preferably in marketing or sales; will thrive in a creative, fast-paced, driven environment
• StrongMS Excel skills a priority. Competency as well in other MS office applications is expected.
• High degree of being detail-oriented and commitment to accuracy
• Proven track record of balancing multiple tasks with competing priorities; with experience managing processes that are usually not smooth
• Able to understand quickly what needs to be done and moves – even when information is not necessarily complete
• Good customer service skills, able to manage challenging situations and personalities; knows when to push and raise red flags
• Able to find and work with applications that may facilitate better and smoother flow of work
