As Marketing Projects Coordinator, you will lead the marketing activities of our soon-to-be-opened hotels from pre-opening to handover to the Regional Marketing Managers. You will be responsible for HQ marketing and PR, and you will build our network of vetted partners and freelancers available to every hotel. You will report to the Marketing Team Lead and be based in Vilnius, with travel to properties under development.

Your day-to-day:

• Oversee the pre-opening marketing plan for each hotel, from strategy and visual identity to F&B concept branding, in line with the opening schedule (with support from the Marketing Team Lead
• Run opening tenders: write briefs, select and manage agencies and freelancers, compare proposals, agree contracts and sign off their work.
• Be responsible for meeting Hilton, Marriott and Radisson opening requirements on time, and for the opening marketing budget, together with the General Manager and Team Lead.
• Support the hotel's marketing manager hire and onboarding
• Lead PR for HQ and for each opening: manage PR agencies, releases, communications plans and earned media
• Be responsible for HQ marketing: conferences, award submissions, the company LinkedIn page, the website, the newsletter and internal communications
• Build and curate the network of trusted partners across PR, design, video, paid, SEO and F&B.

What we expect from you:

• Project management skills (essential): running several openings, deadlines and activities at once;
• Negotiation basics and PR experience with agencies.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English; willingness to travel.
• Would be considered as an advantage: hospitality experience, ideally hotel openings or rebrandings.
