Marketing Promotions Supervisor

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and results-driven Supervisor – Advertisement & Promotion to lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and advertising initiatives. The role is responsible for ensuring timely and effective implementation of in-store and external marketing activities while maintaining brand consistency and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all advertising and promotional activities aligned with the marketing calendar
• Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store sales events and marketing campaigns
• Prepare campaign briefs and collaborate with internal teams for successful implementation
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Creatives, Procurement, and Visual teams for promotional requirements
• Manage permits and documentation for promotional campaigns
• Monitor delivery and execution of promotional collaterals across stores
• Prepare and manage promotional budgets while ensuring cost efficiency
• Oversee external media placements and in-store audio advertisements
• Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvement plans for future activities
• Maintain records of promotional materials, campaign data, and marketing analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Promotions
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficient in budget management and campaign execution
