Marketing Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and expand distributor & dealer network across India
• Drive Omnichannel Sales (Distribution, Website, Marketplace & Digital Channels)
• Build strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, pharmacies and retail partners
• Execute channel branding and visibility programs to improve market presence
• Lead sales planning, forecasting and revenue growth initiatives
• Recruit, mentor and manage a high-performing regional sales team
• Monitor channel performance and ensure achievement of sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets

What We're Looking For

• 7–12 years of experience in Sales & Distribution
• Proven experience in IVD Diagnostics, Medical Devices, Pharma or Nutraceuticals
• Strong expertise in Distributor Management
• Hands-on experience in Omnichannel Sales (Offline + Online + Website Sales)
• Experience in building and managing large sales teams
• Knowledge of channel branding, trade marketing and market expansion
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills
• Track record of scaling high-performing brands and achieving aggressive sales targets

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
