What they need

About SRPT

At SRPT, we believe great clinicians do not need to be managed. They need clarity, autonomy, and a team that performs. We operate performance-driven outpatient clinics centered on evidence-guided care, individual accountability, and measurable patient outcomes. We invest in people who are committed to mastering their craft and building a long-term path in both clinical and professional leadership.

Role Summary

This is a field role. You will spend most of your week in your car and inside physician offices, not at a desk.

The Marketing Representative grows patient referrals to seven SRPT clinics by building and maintaining relationships with orthopedic groups, primary care practices, urgent care centers, and other referral sources across a defined territory. You will plan your own weekly route, call on accounts consistently, learn how each office sends referrals, and remove the friction that keeps them from sending more.

The split is roughly 80/20. About 80 percent of this job is field physician marketing. The remaining 20 percent supports social media, community events, and clinic launches.

You will work independently most of the day. The people who succeed here are self-starting, disciplined, and consistent over months, not weeks.

Territory

You will cover seven SRPT clinics: Bridgeport, Decatur, Justin, Ponder, Springtown, Weatherford, and Willow Park.

This territory runs roughly 40 miles north to south in two clusters: Wise and west Denton counties in the north, Parker County in the south. Expect 15 to 20 stops on a full field day and significant daily driving.

Candidates based in or near this corridor, or on the west side of Fort Worth, will find this commute sustainable. Candidates based in Dallas or east of Fort Worth should consider the daily drive carefully before applying.

Key Responsibilities

Field physician marketing (primary)

  • Visit physician offices, orthopedic groups, primary care, and urgent care on a planned weekly route
  • Build durable relationships with physicians, office managers, front desk staff, and medical assistants
  • Learn how each office actually sends referrals, who handles them, and what makes it easier
  • Analyze referral trends by region and build daily call plans from that data
  • Grow referral volume from existing accounts and open new ones
  • Log visit notes and account intelligence into the routing workbook after every visit, consistently
  • Build working relationships with SRPT clinical directors at each location
  • Represent the brand accurately and professionally in a clinical setting

Community and marketing support (secondary)

  • Support social media campaigns that drive demand for clinic services
  • Support community events, lunch-and-learns, and new clinic launches
  • Help maintain an accurate database of industry contacts
  • Support internal promotional campaigns that reinforce company core values
  • Participate in market and competitive analysis as needed

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years in outside sales, field marketing, physician liaison, or a comparable role where you were responsible for going out and winning business
  • Valid Texas driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance
  • Willingness to drive throughout the territory daily, 15 to 20 stops on a full field day
  • Ability to work independently without daily supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication; this role produces written communication to physician offices
  • Comfort documenting visit notes and account detail consistently
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

  • Healthcare, medical device, DME, home health, hospice, or pharmaceutical sales experience
  • Existing relationships with physician offices in Wise, Parker, or Denton counties
  • Experience with CRM or structured activity tracking
  • Social media and community event experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field

We will also consider candidates from banking, staffing, insurance, equipment sales, or multi-unit management backgrounds who can show a track record of going out to win accounts and returning to them over time. A healthcare title is not required. Evidence that you have built a book of business is.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 401(k) matching
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance

Application Question(s):

  • How many years of outside or field sales experience do you have?
  • Are you willing to drive to physician offices across Wise, Parker, and Denton counties daily?
