Marketing Representative

Dry Effect helps homeowners after water, mold and fire damage, then rebuilds their homes. We’re rated 4.9★ on Google. We’re hiring an Outside Marketing Representative to build the relationships that send us jobs.

What you’ll do:

• Visit plumbers, realtors, property managers, insurance agents and supply houses on a set weekly route by area.
• Keep every partner graded A to D: your best partners every 2 weeks, others every 4 to 7 weeks.
• Log every visit in our CRM the same day, from your phone.
• Bring partners what helps them: lunches, cards, quick answers, and a fast response when their customer has water in the basement.
• Track which partners send work, and grow the ones that do.
• Hand each referral to our office, and we take it from there.

What we’re looking for:

• Outgoing and comfortable walking into a business and starting a conversation.
• 2+ years of outside sales or B2B marketing; restoration, plumbing, real estate or insurance experience is a plus.
• Organized and consistent: you keep your route and your notes up to date.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

What we offer:

• Base pay plus commission on every paid job your partners send: 4% on water and mold, 3% on fire and drainage, 2% on rebuilds and roofing.
• Commission follows the customer: if they come back later, you’re paid again.

Pay: $51,200.00 - $80,800.00 per year
