About the role

As Marketing RS at PT Tirta Medical Centre, you will play a key role in building a positive image, expanding referral networks, and increasing patient volume. We are seeking a professional who combines sharp business sense with a representative appearance in maintaining healthcare service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing programs, both offline and through digital media and social media, to introduce hospital services and facilities
• Build and maintain good relationships with third parties such as companies, institutions, health insurance, clinics, and partner doctors (referral) as referral partners
• Build hospital image or reputation that is professional and credible, and manage good public communication
• Measure customer satisfaction levels, handle patient complaints, and provide input to management for service quality improvement
• Observe and analyze developments in other healthcare services in the market to maintain hospital competitiveness
• Coordinate with the medical team to ensure a perfect patient experience as part of long-term marketing strategy

About you

• Minimum S1 education from all majors, preferably Communication, Marketing Management, Public Relations (PR), Public Health (SKM), or Hospital Management (MARS)
• Minimum 2-3 years of marketing/sales experience in hospital healthcare service industry
• Neat appearance and proportional
• Possess very good persuasive communication and public speaking abilities
• Understand hospital service flow, insurance claim systems, and healthcare industry dynamics
• Willing to be assigned to all Tirta Medical Centre branches throughout Indonesia
• Extensive network in Jakarta and East Kalimantan areas will be a great added value
