Job Responsibilities

1. Client Development: Contact potential exhibiting companies via phone, email, and other methods to screen interested clients.
2. Booth Sales: Introduce exhibition highlights to clients, recommend booth locations, and send booth floor plans.
3. Negotiation & Contract Signing: Provide quotations, handle objections, send contracts, follow up on client contract signing and deposit/final payment.
4. Customer Service: Send the exhibitor manual before the exhibition, assist with setup, electricity, logistics and other matters; tour the exhibition hall during the exhibition to resolve on-site issues.
5. Post-Exhibition Renewal: Follow up with clients after the exhibition to gather feedback, promote booth booking for the next edition, and maintain existing clients.

Job Requirements

1. Sales experience (exhibition, advertising, B2B industry preferred)
2. Strong telephone communication skills and ability to work under pressure
3. Proficient in Excel (booth floor plan management) and CRM systems
4. Able to accept short periods of high-intensity work during the exhibition period
5. Able to Speak and Write Mandarin, English be working purpose
6. Willing to travel globally
