MARKETING / SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Marketing / Sales Representative to promote the company’s products and services, attract new customers, generate sales leads, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Job Description

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and direct marketing.
• Promote the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage customer retention and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors’ activities.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, quotations, and sales proposals to potential customers.
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals in line with company policies.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and prospects.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, marketing events, and other customer acquisition activities.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market opportunities, and sales performance.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Prepare regular sales and marketing reports for management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay: ₦70,000.00 per month
