Marketing Senior Supervisor

I. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for developing and executing brand marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, consumer preference, and market presence. Leads marketing campaigns, product marketing, digital marketing, and brand communications to support business growth and build a strong and differentiated brand in the Philippine bread category.

II. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Strategy and Management

• Develop and implement brand marketing strategies aligned with company sales objectives while regularly aligning with sales team on marketing directions and projects.
• Strengthen brand positioning, identity, and market presence.
• Ensure consistency of brand communications across all channels.

Marketing Programs and Campaigns

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Develop annual marketing calendars and brand initiatives and monitor/adjust calendar as needed.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Product and Consumer Marketing

• Identify marketing/product opportunities such as but not limited to new product launches, marketing/branding communication programs, pricing strategies based on available internal and external data.
• Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing programs.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activities.

Digital Marketing and Communications

• Oversee social media and digital marketing programs.
• Manage content development and brand communications.
• Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and external partners.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and develop marketing team members.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and materials.
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

III. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in managing the marketing budget.
• Prepare marketing reports and presentations for Management.
• Support sales and trade-related marketing activities as needed.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Education

. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

Experience

· At least 5 years of marketing experience.

· Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.

· Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, bakery, or consumer goods industry is preferred.

· Strong background in brand management and marketing strategy.

· Proven track record in product life cycle management
