MARKETING SERVICES OFFICER

Job Summary
The position is primarily responsible for assisting the Department Head in the execution, management, and coordination of all marketing programs, which include promotions, direct marketing and special projects to promote IPO listing in the Exchange. The position is also responsible for assisting the Department Head in conceptualization, planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

I. Promotion of Products and Services

a. Assists in the development and implementation of new marketing plans and strategies vis-à-vis current market demands, trends, or feasibility in relation to the business objectives set by the Department Head.

b. Conceptualizes, plans, and executes events that support overall marketing events to drive listing acquisition.

c. Conducts market environment scanning, research, market segment analysis, and identifying marketing research initiatives.

II. Project Management

a. Receives assigned marketing projects from the Department Head for review, coordination and fulfillment.

b. Works with other key stakeholders in data gathering activities, project coordination and implementation in fulfillment of projects assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: At least Three (3) years of supervisory experience in sales and/ or marketing operations. Exposure to capital markets, investment banking and/or financial markets preferred.
Specific Knowledge: Marketing and sales strategy development with key focus on leads acquisition and conversion and project management.

MARKETING SERVICES ASSOCIATE

Job Summary
Responsible for assisting the Department Head with the development and implementation of marketing programs to promote IPO listing in the Exchange.

Minimum Qualifications
Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Finance, or related field
Experience: preferably at least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in executing sales and marketing campaigns. Exposure to capital markets, investment banking, and/or financial markets is preferred
Specific Knowledge: Leads acquisition and project management
