Marketing Services Officer

Are you experienced in coordinating with marketing agencies, media partners, KOLs, or vendors?

We are looking for a Marketing Services Officer who will manage external marketing partners, support marketing initiatives, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate projects with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities.

Although this role is under the Procurement Department, it is not a traditional purchasing position. The role focuses on managing procurement activities for marketing-related services, including agency and vendor management, supplier negotiations, quotation evaluation, and coordination with internal marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage marketing service vendors, agencies, media partners, and KOLs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives.
• Review supplier proposals, quotations, and commercial terms.
• Negotiate pricing, service scope, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor project progress and vendor performance.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related courses.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Services, Vendor/Agency Management, Marketing Communications, Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, Media Buying, KOL/Influencer Marketing, or similar functions.
• Experience working with external agencies, suppliers, or media partners.
• Strong negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
