Marketing Specialist

We are looking for three (3) Marketing Specialists to join the Marketing Team, supporting both Trade Marketing and Brand Marketing initiatives. The role will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, brand activities, and in-store activations to strengthen brand presence, engage customers, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of trade and brand marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations.
• Support in-store marketing initiatives, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Operations, store teams, suppliers, agencies, and other external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Assist in developing and coordinating marketing materials, including point-of-sale materials and digital content.
• Support social media and content marketing initiatives as needed.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer insights, and marketing opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and activities.
• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and campaign updates.
• Ensure that marketing materials and activities are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Assist in coordinating marketing projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Perform other marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned.
