Overview: The Marketing Specialist will provide limited, flexible support to help CCS move approved marketing, sales enablement, internal communications, and digital content into polished, on-brand materials. This role is intended to support production capacity on a short-term, part-time basis while the internal team continues to own strategy, messaging, stakeholder alignment, and final approvals.

Broad Areas of Support:

• Develop, create and maintain digital marketing content to support and drive results for CCS marketing campaigns;
• Edit and proofread marketing communications materials and content as assigned;
• Collaborate and partner with the Marketing, Comms & Enablement team to support priority projects as capacity and business needs require.
• Other duties as requested and/or determined;
• Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable company policies, procedures, and compliance expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Experience supporting marketing, communications, digital content creation, or a related function.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with templates, brand guidance, and basic digital or visual content tools.
• Familiarity with commonly used design and productivity tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Passion for creativity, visual storytelling, and producing clear, engaging content that supports business priorities and brand consistency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment with shifting priorities;
• Interest and willingness to be a team player and assist with overall marketing needs and projects;
• Healthcare, B2B, social media, web, video, or design experience is helpful, but not required.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, English, journalism, or equivalent experience preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Sedentary work ( i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
• Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
• Frequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions;
• Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
• Travel for this position will include less than 5% locally usually for training purposes.
