We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to join our team in North Kansas City and help support the continued growth of MegaKC.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys owning projects and keeping a lot of moving pieces moving. You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Business Development, Operations, and Leadership teams on everything from proposals and pursuits to CRM management, internal communications, market research, events, awards, and other marketing initiatives.

We’re especially interested in someone who:

• Has 5+ years of marketing experience , ideally within the A/E/C industry
• Is a strong writer and communicator
• Has experience with Adobe Creative Suite/InDesign, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
• Can independently manage projects from planning through execution
• Is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Enjoys collaborating across departments while also taking ownership of their work

One of the things that makes MegaKC different? We’re 100% employee-owned. When you join MegaKC, you’re not just joining a company-you have the opportunity to become an employee-owner and have a direct stake in what we’re building together.

If you’re looking for an opportunity where you can make an impact, take ownership, and grow alongside the company, we’d love to hear from you.
