My client, a global organization currently has an urgent requirement for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to combine product marketing, professional education, stakeholder engagement, and commercial strategy within a highly collaborative international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of regional marketing strategies across a portfolio of innovative surgical solutions.
• Lead regional launch activities for new products, ensuring effective market introduction and commercial readiness.
• Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to local market needs.
• Coordinate professional education programmes, workshops, and training initiatives for healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clinical experts and industry influencers throughout the region.
• Monitor market developments, competitive activity, reimbursement landscapes, pricing trends, and customer needs.
• Gather and interpret market insights to inform marketing decisions and identify growth opportunities.

About You

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or product specialist positions within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Previous exposure to surgical products or operating theatre environments would be advantageous.
• Experience working across Eastern European markets and/or Israel.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
