Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our business in the Australian compressed air equipment market. The successful applicant will be responsible for researching market trends, developing and implementing marketing strategies, positioning our products within the market, and coordinating promotional activities to increase brand awareness and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities and potential market opportunities in the Australian compressed air equipment sector.

Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional plans to support the company's business growth and product positioning.

Analyse product features, technical specifications and market requirements to develop product positioning and marketing messages for air compressors and related equipment.

Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, industry exhibitions and promotional activities across relevant channels.

Develop and coordinate marketing materials, including product brochures, website content, digital content and other promotional resources.

Monitor marketing campaign performance and market feedback, analyse relevant data, and recommend improvements to marketing strategies.

Work with internal sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business objectives and support the effective promotion of the company's product portfolio.

About you:

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
