Reports To: Sales & Marketing Head / Business Unit Head

Employment Status: Full-Time

Work Arrangement: Office and Field-Based

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong marketing and social media skills may apply.
• Knowledgeable in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Canva, and basic video editing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and capable of developing promotional ideas.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media analytics.
• Willing to conduct field or branch visits when required.
• Organized and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with different departments.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Staff is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing, promotional, and brand-building activities. The position focuses on increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales through digital marketing, social media management, branch promotions, content creation, market research, and coordination with operations.

The Marketing Staff is expected to be creative, proactive, organized, data-driven, and results-oriented.
